Refund Policy

Bankerz Club is a private membership-based business community platform. All membership applications are subject to review and approval by the management.

Membership Fees

Membership fees paid through the website are considered application and membership processing fees.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may only be considered under the following circumstances:

• Duplicate payment made by the same member
• Payment system error resulting in incorrect charges
• Membership application rejected by Bankerz Club management

In such cases, refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction.

Non-Refundable Situations

Membership fees are non-refundable once any of the following occurs:

• Membership has been approved and activated
• The member has accessed member-only services or events
• More than 7 days have passed after payment confirmation

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days and will be returned using the original payment method whenever possible.
